At 3:20pm today, companies were dispatched to 500 block of Taylor Avenue in Oradell for a reported house fire, dispatch had received multiple 911 calls reporting smoke in the area and a fire. Chief 20 arrived on scene shortly after and reported a working fire in the rear of the structure. Engine 24 arrived and began stretching a 1-3/4″ attack line into the structure to make an aggressive interior attack. Tower 21 arrived and began primary searches for possible victims in the home. A 2nd Alarm was transmitted by Chief 20 to bring additional units to the scene. Heavy fire conditions were encountered, but a quick knock down was made by the engine companies on-scene.
At 09:48 AM, the Oradell Fire Department was dispatched to the 600 block of Fletcher Avenue in Oradell for a structure fire. At 09:50 AM, Car 203 arrived on scene and confirmed a working fire. Engine 24 arriving shortly after, established a water supply, began extinguishing a fire in the garage area and checked for occupants in the house. Tower 21 and Squad 22 performed other primary and secondary searches in the structure. Engine 23 and mutual aid departments performed other support services on scene. Car 201 arrived on-scene shortly into the duration of the incident and assumed command.

At 1PM today, Oradell Fire units were dispatched to the 600 block of Kinderkamack Road for a 10-wheel crane truck that had crashed and rolled over in a parking lot. A large fuel spill resulted from the crash. River Edge Fire, New Milford Fire, and Bergen County HazMat assisted on scene.
At 11:00pm, the Oradell Fire Department was dispatched to the 600 block of Ridgewood Avenue in Oradell, for a reported fire, initially reported by an Oradell Firefighter via 911. Car 20 and Car 202 arrived on scene first to find a working fire in the back room of a home.
Squad 22 arrived next on-scene, stretched an attack line, and began the initial knock down of the fire. Tower 21 searched the home for victims while Engine 23 stretched a second attack line through the front door.
A 2nd Alarm was transmitted also bringing New Milford, River Edge, and Paramus Fire Departments to the scene. The fire was brought under control within 20 minutes.
